My Background

Qualifications and Experience

2008-2010

Masters of Music- West Virgina University

I received a masters of music in vocal performance and stage direction from West Virgina University. During the program, I had a fellowship where I taught acting for singers, directed the opera scenes program, and taught voice lessons. 

2004-2008

Bachelors of Music- University of Southern California

I received my bachelors of music in vocal performance from the University of Southern California. What attending USC, I ran an elementary jazz choir at a local public school, continued my piano lessons, and performed in the school operas. 

2006-Current

Camp Director- OperaSLO Opera Camp

I am the director of the OperaSLO Opera Camp each summer. I act as stage director, acting for singers instructor, and general director. 

2008-Current

Redwoods Opera Workshop- Instructor

Each summer I work with the Redwoods Opera Workshop as an instructor, guest performer, and staff member. This program is for college-aged through adult opera singers.
